Another day, another lecture, another suit. I love my suits, but lately I’ve been feeling a bit trapped in a suit rut. I don’t feel like wearing skirts because I’m not entirely comfortable with bare skin at the moment (anyone else?), I’m not really a dress person, and honestly, I don’t have the time or energy to “play” in my closet every morning. Just a bit of unseriousness and a new way to wear old clothes! This @thefrankieshop top was everything I wanted when I got it back in 2019/2020 (a trend that somehow keeps on giving), the @riand28.london trousers that I take on every summer holiday - so easy, from a farmer’s market to a chill sunset at the beach and my old @birkenstock that are the pop of colour any outfit needs! Collecting suits, one colour at a time. I’ve been relentlessly searching for a sage olive suit to replace my old @thefrankieshop one, but I still haven’t found the perfect match. This “non-colour” colour suit by @cosstores (runway), however, immediately caught my eye. A longline blazer, slimmer trousers, and just enough difference from what I usually gravitate towards—while still sitting comfortably within my style comfort zone. Love it with white, red, grey, vanilla ..

Pieces of Summer | Part I Between work, weekend getaways, and a quick trip to Porto Santo that felt like a feast for the soul, this has been a beautifully fragmented summer. (I just hope I don’t regret it later—I have a feeling I haven’t switched off quite as much as I should. 😆) A collection of new memories woven together with familiar places, old friendships, and treasured traditions. Last week of work and the sudden (re)discovery of this @maisonmargiela bag I bought over 2y ago, just before leaving London. For some reason this bag was sitting there, unused and now it has evolved to “work bag” status, meaning it was my daily bag during the last few weeks of work before the holidays! Wearing: @rohe_frames knitted t-shirt @riand28.london trousers I turned into into Bermudas (of course I still have the long version because I freaking love the Carolina trouser shape!) @raeyof
